This Privacy Policy applies primarily to information collected through the Website. Medical information that Perito Urology receives or maintains in its capacity as a healthcare provider may be protected health information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and related regulations, commonly called “HIPAA.”

Perito Urology does not currently use SMS or text-message marketing through the Website.
